We All Deserve Support
You're probably visiting this page because you've gotten stuck in some way and need support and encouragement to discover a way out. Healing is never linear. It involves showing up, being vulnerable, and embracing the parts of you that that you've learned to push away and hide from yourself. I believe that the way we cope with our struggle, heartache, and imperfections are what makes us truly exceptional, and I am here to support you through that process.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I use my education and training in evidence-based treatments (EBT's) and other therapies to help guide you through the process of learning how to move through the messy and painful seasons of life to reconnect and come back home to yourself. I work collaboratively with clients in a non-judgmental environment to treat mood and anxiety disorders, relationship problems, the transition into motherhood/perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, and self-esteem/confidence issues.
"The middle is messy but it's also where the magic happens"
